Initial Call
A brief but meaningful conversation where we explore your experience, understand your motivations for joining CluedIn, and see how they align with the role you’ve applied for.
Interview with the People Team
A conversation with a member of our People team to dive deeper into the role’s responsibilities, team dynamics, and expectations.
Interview with the Hiring Manager
A detailed discussion focusing on your skills and experience, where we will ask situational questions to explore your approach to challenges, as well as technical questions to assess your expertise.
Technical Assessment
Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a task or case study to showcase your skills and approach to the role.
