CluedIn SaaS pricing combines your selected plan with your usage. Your monthly cost is based on the plan you choose, the number of billable records in your environment and the AI Credits consumed by AI-powered activity.

Current rates are shown in the pricing plans above. Annual commitments and bespoke enterprise agreements are also available.

A billable record is a unique source record that has been ingested and processed by CluedIn. In CluedIn terminology, this source record becomes a data part that contributes to a golden record.

A golden record can contain data from several source records, so your billable record count may be higher than your final number of golden records. When estimating usage, count the unique records coming from your source systems rather than only the mastered records produced by CluedIn.

No. Normal updates to an existing source record do not create an additional billable record. Data created through enrichment, clean projects, manual property edits and shadow entities is also excluded from the billable record count.

However, changing the primary identifier used to identify a source record can cause CluedIn to recognise it as a new data part, which may increase the billable record count.

It depends on where the records originate.

Exact duplicates from the same source that share the same identifier are treated as one billable record. Similar records from different source systems remain separate billable records, even when CluedIn identifies them as duplicates and combines them into one golden record.

No. Current CluedIn SaaS plans include an unlimited number of users. Your price is based on your selected plan and usage rather than the number of people accessing the platform.

This allows data owners, stewards, technical teams and business users to participate without adding a separate licence for every user.

Yes. You can create a CluedIn environment without a credit card. The current free offer includes up to 15,000 records and $100 of AI credit, giving you an opportunity to connect data, explore the platform and test AI Agent workflows before moving to paid usage.

AI Credits cover the usage generated by AI-powered activity in CluedIn. Access to AI Agents is included in the platform, but the AI work performed by those agents is metered separately from record processing.

New environments currently include $100 of AI credit. Once that allowance has been used, additional AI consumption is charged according to the applicable plan and usage.

Yes. You can start with a self-service plan and move to a higher plan as your requirements grow. CluedIn also supports movement between pay-as-you-go pricing and committed agreements, although the terms of an existing committed contract will apply when moving away from it.

Annual commitments, procurement-specific terms and enterprise agreements can be discussed directly with the CluedIn team.

Yes. Standard CluedIn SaaS uses managed, multi-tenant infrastructure with tenant-specific access controls, data filtering and cryptographic keys.

Organisations that require dedicated infrastructure can choose an Enterprise or Private SaaS arrangement. Private SaaS provides a fully isolated environment managed and maintained by CluedIn, while the Enterprise plan includes a dedicated cluster for additional flexibility and control.

Yes. Qualifying Private SaaS and enterprise customers can transact through Azure Marketplace. This can simplify procurement, consolidate software costs into Microsoft billing and help organisations make use of eligible Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment spend.

Private SaaS Marketplace transactions are currently available by invitation. Direct invoicing from CluedIn is also supported.
