ISS, a leader in the facility services industry with operations in over 50 countries, faced the monumental task of managing extensive volumes of data from various systems. The primary challenges included data quality and hierarchy issues, a lack of trusted sources, inadequate visibility between data sources, and the manual effort required for data cleaning.
